You bring in your wedding gown and provide your information including your address, phone number, and email address.

Can I use regular laundry bags for the service?

Yes! You will also get one free Clean Avenue bag after the first order, however, you will be charged additionally for each extra bag for your next order.

What are the latest and earliest you can Pickup / Deliver?

Currently, we do 6:30 am - 11:00 am morning and 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm evening shifts for pickup and delivery hours.

Can you hang dry my delicates?

Of course, hand-dry items must be separated by a plastic bag within a Clean Avenue bag, so that we know which items should be hang-dried. It is subject to an additional charge of $2.75 per piece.
